Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using DayDraw ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app. DayDraw is an independent app that generates images on your device using on-device AI models.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DayDraw on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

3. Subscriptions (DayDraw Pro)

• DayDraw Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as monthly and yearly plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

4. Age requirement and mature content

DayDraw is rated 18+. An optional setting lets you turn off the content safety filter. If you enable it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You are solely responsible for the prompts you enter and the images you generate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DayDraw to create, store, or share content that is illegal, that depicts minors in any sexual or exploitative manner, that infringes others' rights, or that harasses or harms others. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and non-consensual intimate imagery are strictly prohibited. We may restrict access for violations.

6. Your content

Images are generated and stored on your device. You own the images you create, subject to applicable law and any rights in the underlying models. You are responsible for how you use them.

7. Models

AI models are downloaded on first use from public repositories and run entirely on your device. Availability of individual models may change over time.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayDraw and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or content you generate.

10. Privacy

Your prompts and images stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
