Doro ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the Doro app and how it is used.


1. What We Collect

Photos and Screenshots

When you submit a screenshot for analysis, the image is sent to our server (Supabase) and forwarded to Google Gemini (an AI service by Google) to generate reply suggestions. The image is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete.

Device Identifier

We use your device's vendor identifier (a random ID assigned by Apple, not linked to your name or Apple account) solely to manage app functionality. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

Purchase Information

Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store your payment details. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data to validate your subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

Analysis History

Your past analyses are stored locally on your device only using standard iOS storage. We do not have access to this data.

You can delete all your local data at any time from the app: Profile → Delete Account. This removes all locally stored analyses and resets the app.
